The Client

Moda, An Ecommerce Growth with AI & Automation - Moda is a customer data and marketing platform that helps eCommerce brands understand their customers better and send automated email and SMS campaigns based on their behaviors. It is designed for growing e-commerce brands and offers enterprise-grade capabilities at startup costs. It also helps you personalize experiences for each customer and increase your retention and repeat revenue.

The Challenge

As with many B2B cloud software tools, the email marketing arena has become increasingly crowded. Moda has diligently worked to deeply comprehend their customers' needs, crafting a platform uniquely tailored to both their clientele and the ever-expanding demands of the eCommerce sector. While their product has resonated strongly with their dedicated user base, The team have recognized that their current branding and website do not fully showcase the strength and capabilities of their exceptional offerings.

The Solution

we successfully executed a comprehensive rebranding initiative for Moda. This endeavor was complemented by the launch of a newly developed website, meticulously designed to enhance user experience through optimization techniques.

Visual Identity

After thorough research of competitors, we tailored a unique color space and visual language to distinctly position Moda in the market, enhancing brand recognition and awareness. Reflecting Moda's essence as a customer data and marketing platform for e-commerce brands, we incorporated a dynamic palette and innovative patterns that resonate with Moda's commitment to personalization, growth, and customer understanding. This new visual identity is supported by a comprehensive set of guidelines crafted for Moda's marketing team. These guidelines empower them to effectively utilize the brand in their communications, ensuring consistency and impact, even without daily agency involvement.

UX audit and research process.

A crucial aspect of our engagement with Moda involved conducting a comprehensive UX audit and research process. Given Moda's focus on their innovative customer data and marketing platform, their website's user experience hadn't previously received the same level of detailed attention.

We delved into analytical data, established user personas, and refined the website's navigation. Our team also developed optimized user flows to elevate the performance across every page of Moda's site, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for their e-commerce clientele.

Ads Creatives

Our team developed a range of advertising creatives for various platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and CJ Affiliate. To optimize engagement, we tailored the layout designs of these creatives to align with each platform's specific guidelines. While our typical visual style leans towards dark themes, for this project, we adapted our approach and utilized a lighter theme complemented by gradient combinations to better suit the requirements and aesthetics of these diverse platforms.

Award

The design team's creative input was pivotal in our successful launch on Product Hunt and Moda, where we achieved 2nd product of the day and 3rd product of the week. Their expertise shone through in crafting engaging social campaigns, captivating Product Hunt screenshot illustrations, and designing valuable resources such as one-pagers and case studies. This collective effort led to significant engagement, highlighting the integral role of our designers from the very start of the launch.
